Typically, Creek Systems hires staff as direct employees who must provide proof of eligibility for employment in the United States and complete an IRS Form W-4 (tax withholding and exemption form) on their first day of employment. Independent contractors and corporate entities that possess a FEIN (federal employer identification number) are engaged when warranted or after being awarded a contract or project.

Job applications require a valid, current address. You can indicate your geographic preferences for work on your application. To indicate your geographic preferences choose one or more cities in the Eligibility section of your job application. When will W-2 forms be mailed out?
W-2 forms are mailed out as statutes mandate by January 31st of each year to your last known address on file as of January 1st. If you moved after your employment with us and provided us with a new address via a local office before January, we have your new address in our system and your W-2 will be delivered to that address.

If you have a different address from when you were employed with us, please contact the local office that employed you with your updated address information. You may also submit a request to the US Postal Service to forward mail from your old address to your new one. If you have not received your W-2 by mid-February, you can request a reprint from the office where you were employed.

What is the Creek Systems Employer Identification Number (EIN)?
Identification numbers are provided on your W-2 form. Forms are mailed to your last known address by January 31st each year.
