PROCESS BASED
• One of our Prime Objective principals contacts the client to discuss the client’s needs as well as the Prime Objective service that would be relevant to the client. The main objective of this first contact is to determine if there is mutual interest. Discussion of the client’s needs may include business and industry direction, goals and objectives, opportunities, issues, and challenges, along with anything else that provides a context for relating information systems and technology to the business.
• If both parties are interested in moving forward after the initial contact the specific Prime Objective Services are discussed and requested by the client.
• Creek Systems will then create a proposal and provide it to the client. The proposal will include an appropriate description of what would be provided (“deliverables”), the resources required to perform the work where any work would be performed, when the deliverables would be completed (schedule/time line) and the total cost of the services.
• Creek Systems and the client will then review and finalize the proposal and if the final proposal is accepted, work can begin per the schedule.
• Creek Systems ‘ approach to perform work is based on building
small teams made up of the best “independent contractors” in the
industry, and partnering with companies with compatible philosophies.
Creek Systems is able to utilize this approach because of the
extensive number of contacts made over many years of working on
large projects. During that time, Creek Systems has developed
relationships with specific individuals as well as specialist
companies and top agencies.

• As work progresses, Creek Systems provides status and interim
deliverables (weekly or bi weekly) until the project is completed
and all required deliverables are finalized and accepted by the
client.
