• Development of Information Technology (IT) strategic direction for specific department or the overall business.
• Development of business cases to explain and justify projects and / or overall IT direction
• Executive presentations to explain direction and project (s)
• Creation of Requests For Proposals (RFP’s), Requests For Quotes (RFQ’s)
• Creation of Statements of Work (SOW’s), Contracts, and/or Agreements as required to define and control 3rd party participation on projects
• Definition of project: Goals, Objectives, Vision , Scope Assessment
of risk and creation of mitigation approach
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Definition of specific project tasks and creation / maintenance of detailed project plans
• Creation and management of project budgets
• Creation of project teams (addressing required skills and staffing levels)
• Creation of project status reports
• Facilitation of project meetings and issues resolution
• Management of change requests
PROJECT FULFILLMENT
• Creation of requirements
• Creation of system design
• Definition and completion of testing (User Acceptance and Pilot)
